Excellent service; efficient and reliable! I had a persistent clogging issue that was disrupting my business. I called and spoke with Tom, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes, Kevin arrived, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently. His professionalism and expertise were impressive. Highly recommend their service!

Was about to go with another company urging me to make an expensive repair, but these guys advised me to wait and have them inspect the issue. Toby snaked my line and inspected it afterward, and he assured me there was no need for an expensive repair. Great service and honesty. Call these guys first.

I recently had an issue with a low pressure shower in my old house. They told me it was buildup in the galvanized pipes and that I’d have to demolish my entire 1903 Italian tiled bathroom to get at the old pipes to replace them. They provided no other options that did not involve demolition. I did my own research and asked if they could backflush the system which they had never suggested and told me that’s not a good idea. I went ahead and called another plumber, they came out and backflushed the system and had my problem solved in 20 minutes. I called to leave some feedback and Tom was snarky to me. Will never use them again, call someone else. Leaving an extra star because I liked this company when Hank was still around.

We've used Bryk for multiple electrical and plumbing upgrades and repairs since we closed on our home in Lewiston. They are always readily available (unlike the big plumbing company in the area that books six weeks out and then cancels on you). They do good, quality work and their costs are reasonable. We will be sticking with Bryk for all our plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs going forward.

This morning I called H.W.Bryk with a plumbing issues—the sewer line was backing up into my laundry tub and the chain of the flapper of the toilet had disconnected. I called at 11:40 AM and the plumbing technician was at my home at 12:10PM. The young man was very knowledgeable and helpful and took care of both issues in a very timely manner therefore I’m giving them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing help.

Michael Fay from H.W. Bryk came out to our house and diagnosed our heating problem immediately. We have a unique setup with a pair of teamed furnaces and a damper system with a controller. Michael was great to work with and very competent. He took the time to explain the exact problem, how he fixed it, and he gave me a few tips to increase my efficiency. As a 25 year technician myself, I HIGHLY recommend him.
